"The biggest award disclosed last week is – by some distance – the Cabinet Office’s £1.5bn contract for companies that can enable public sector organisations to switch energy suppliers. The contract notice states: “Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, has awarded a concession contract for the supply and management of a utilities procurement engine and the management of a Dynamic Purchasing System.” Gemserv won the contract."
