"The biggest tender of the week is the Northern Irish energy department’s open competition for a digital transformation programme. The department is searching for companies that can provide app development, technical delivery support, testing and a geographic information system. The competition as a whole is worth £150m and bidders have until 4 July to apply."[...]
"The biggest single award of the week goes to health tech firm Cerner. Chester Hospital NHS trust has awarded the firm nearly £15m to develop an electronic patient record system. Leeds and York trust has also commissioned a similar system, paying Careworks £3m to deliver the project."
